Welcome to iBloom — Aesthetics and Wellness Clinic. By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services
iBloom offers aesthetics and wellness services including but not limited to facial services, hair services, skin infusion, nail care, dermal fillers, botox, hair removal, eyelash services, and body treatments. All services are performed by trained professionals at our clinic.
Service availability, pricing, and procedures are subject to change without prior notice. Prices listed on our website are indicative and may vary depending on your specific needs during consultation.
2. Appointments and Bookings
Booking an appointment through our website or other channels does not guarantee a confirmed slot until you receive a confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.
We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
3. Health and Safety
You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or contraindications that may affect the safety or suitability of a treatment. iBloom will not be held liable for adverse reactions arising from failure to disclose relevant health information prior to a procedure.
Some treatments may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant, nursing, or have certain medical conditions. Our staff will conduct a brief consultation before any procedure to assess your eligibility.
4. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless a deposit or other arrangement has been agreed upon in advance. We accept cash and other payment methods as indicated at our clinic. All prices are in Philippine Peso (₱).
Promotional rates, package deals, and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated and are subject to availability.
5. Refunds
Services rendered are generally non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment and we will do our best to address your concern. Refunds or complementary touch-ups are granted at the sole discretion of iBloom management.
Prepaid packages or deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another service of equal value, subject to approval.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by iBloom Aesthetics and Wellness Clinic and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
iBloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of information on this website or the results of any treatment.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
